Selescope is a recruitment consultancy firm.

The Website presents the recruitment missions conducted by Selescope for client companies. Candidates may apply online by sending their CV in accordance with the terms set out in the following articles.

The Website also contains general information related to the range of services provided by Selescope in the context of its recruitment consultancy activity, including its candidate selection process. The presentation of said services does not constitute a contractual offer. Clients shall get in touch with Selescope in order to obtain a customized commercial offer.

Selescope reserves the right to modify at any time the information featured on the Website, especially should the services be modified, without Selescope being held liable.

 

2 – Professional Rules

Selescope complies with the ethical standards of the profession and the legal provisions regarding the use of candidates’ personal data, in an effort to avoid any risk of discrimination. Accordingly, the use of the masculine in all functionalities and titles is generic and applies to both men and women, as specified by the “h/f” annotation .

 

3 – Intellectual Property

This Website is an original work of which Selescope is the author according to articles L111.1 and subsequent of the French Intellectual Property Code. All data, programs, texts, information, logos, visual identity, images (still or animated) and formatting thereof featured on the Website are exclusively owned by Selescope and as such, are protected under the Code of Intellectual Property.

Users shall not use them or allow any third party to use them for unlawful purposes.

5 – CV Policy

A candidate may upload their CV onto the Website to apply to a specific job offer.

Their CV shall be shared only with Selescope and the company who is offering the job that the candidate applied to. Should Selescope find another job offer that could correspond to the candidate’s profile, Selescope shall ask for the candidate’s consent prior to transferring the CV to another client company.

Selescope shall do everything in its power to get its clients to agree to keep the personal data contained in the CVs confidential. However, should the clients fail to honor such a commitment, Selescope shall not be held liable.

The CVs are kept in Selescope’s database for the entire duration of the recruitment mission.

 

6 – Cookies

Selescope shall not implement any cookies on the Users’ computers to record data related to their navigation or any other information.

 

7 – Liability

Selescope shall not be held liable for any potential malfunction that may occur on the Website and lead to a loss of data or access to the information featured on the Website.

All elements featured on the Website may be modified without prior notice and are provided to the Users with no guarantee of any kind, whether explicit or implicit.

The presence of hyperlinks on the Website (whether Selescope has given its prior permission or not) does not create shared liability between Selescope and the other websites’ owners with regard to the content of the websites Users may be redirected to.
