The Website also contains general information related to the range of services provided by Selescope in the context of its recruitment consultancy activity, including its candidate selection process. A candidate may upload their CV onto the Website to apply to a specific job offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Their CV shall be shared only with Selescope and the company who is offering the job that the candidate applied to. Should Selescope find another job offer that could correspond to the candidate\u2019s profile, Selescope shall ask for the candidate\u2019s consent prior to transferring the CV to another client company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Selescope shall do everything in its power to get its clients to agree to keep the personal data contained in the CVs confidential. However, should the clients fail to honor such a commitment, Selescope shall not be held liable.<\/span><\/p>\n

The CVs are kept in Selescope\u2019s database for the entire duration of the recruitment mission.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 \u2013 Cookies<\/h3>\n

Selescope shall not implement any cookies on the Users\u2019 computers to record data related to their navigation or any other information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Selescope shall not be held liable for any potential malfunction that may occur on the Website and lead to a loss of data or access to the information featured on the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n
